The best recipe to lose weight

For several years, I have been very over weighted, and many times I have looked at the answer to lose 80 pounds of fat. First off, I thought making exercise but the results were worst, I got tired very fast, and since I am a busy man, I have not time.

One day my boss came to town to have a meal with me and my coworkers; he also invited one of our customers. It was a formal business dinner. During the meal, my boss mentioned he lost 30 pounds in less than 2 months. He did a particular diet low in carbohydrates. When the dinner was over, I asked him about the diet:

The diet is quite simple, it’s about quitting some food that has carbohydrates specially sugar, and eating whatever has fat like meat and sea food.

Here is the recipe:

  • You can eat whatever has fat, oils but no carbohydrates.
  • You are limited to eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. (YOU MUST EAT CARBOHYDRATES)
  • No sugar or food that has sugar as milk, fruit. NO flour derivative products.
  • You can eat cheese, but just only those that have fat and no carbs.
  • Be persistent.

Continuing my story, I did this diet for 2 months, and I have lost 40 pounds so far, still 40 to go. I am doing this diet and works great for me. Now I am planning to complement it with exercise, since I lost weight, I do not get tired that fast. Definitely, the best cure to everything is being persistent.
